I decided my lavender was too tall so before I cut it down about a foot, I decided to harvest the lavender buds. Some were already dried and some were still fresh. I started at the bottom end of each stalk and stripped it of its buds, and threw my too handfuls of lavender into a bucket quickly and on to the next few stalks…
