Brussels Sprouts, Cranberries and Pecans

Brussels Spouts have never been so good!

I just threw this together last night and it was quite delicious!
Sprouts:
halved, cranberries, onion, garlic orange rind and juice from 3 oranges sauteed in canola oil. Pecans sauteed with Chipotle pepper seasoning and sea salt. Cool. Add to sprouts and add a few sprinkles of sea salt and sesame seed oil to taste.

I served it with Risotto that I made the day before:
Boil risotto adding 1 glass of white wine to the chicken broth.  Add 1 large leek chopped and 1 large onion. I also added an artichoke pate and then grated two different aged dry cheese after I removed pot from heat.

Artichokes:
I am getting about 50 a week in my garden so I’m serving them every night!  I half them and boil them.  Once soft I brush with olive and sea salt, place on cookie sheet and broil until browned.  Tres Delicious!

Turkey Meat Balls:
I concealed shredded brussels sprouts with onion, garlic and one beaten egg, added seasoning, fresh oregano, basil and sautéed until brown.
